CLAM UP Bag Class

Ready to add a fun new bag to your handmade collection? Join us for the Clam Up Bag Class! This beginner-friendly quilted bag class will guide you through creating the Clam Up bag while building your confidence with bag-making techniques.

Whether you have never made a bag before, or if you have, this is the perfect class for you!  Join fellow crafters to learn or enhance your bag making skills.  Students should have previous sewing experience, be able to use a rotary cutter and scissors, be comfortable with a sewing machine, and be able to read and follow pattern instructions. Your instructor will be there to demonstrate techniques, answer questions, and help you along the way.

Come ready to sew, learn, and have fun—and leave with new skills and a fabulous handmade bag!

We Supply

• Complete fabric kit for (1) XL Clam up bag: fabric, interfacing, zipper, bag hardware
• Pattern
• Instruction
• Sewing machine

You Supply
Please bring a sack lunch.
Basic notions:

• Scissors
• Pins and quilty clips
• Fabric marking pens/eraser
• Template plastic if desired (paper template in pattern)
