Refund policy

RETURNS:  Returns must be processed at the purchase location within 30 days of purchase.  Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.  We do not accept returns on cut fabric, patterns, fabric kits, books, and subscription boxes. Returns on Pre-Cut items (charm packs, layer cakes, jelly rolls, etc) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

GIFT CARDS:  Gift Cards are unique to each location and may only be redeemed at the location from which they were purchased.  This applies to gift cards purchased in-store and online.

PRICES:  Regular, sales, and discounted prices may vary between the website and each location.  WE DO NOT PRICE MATCH.
