Chenille It - Blooming Bias

Chenille-It Blooming Bias is a 100% cotton bias tape designed to create a soft, fluffy texture on fabric projects. The tape is stitched down the center of your chosen fabric area and then washed, which causes it to "bloom" into a raised, chenille-like effect, adding depth and tactile interest to your work.
