Mr. Gobbles Applique Pillow Class

Mr. Gobbles is ready and waiting for you!  Come join us for this fun fall pillow project class led by Darla Mitchell of My Fine Stitches.  

In this class you will make a 16"x16" applique quilted pillow.  If you have never appliqued before, NO WORRIES!  Mr. Gobbles is a pre-cut and pre-fused kit, making it easy to learn applique techniques. 

Students must have previous sewing experience.  You should be comfortable using a rotary cutter, scissors,  rulers, and standard sewing notions. Your instructor will be there to demonstrate techniques, answer questions, and help you along the way.

Come ready to sew, learn, meet new friends and have fun! 

We Supply

• Complete Pillow Kit (Includes pre-cut & pre-fused turkey applique, all fabric, batting, muslin, thread adn pattern)
• Expert instruction
• Sewing machines

You Supply

Please bring the following sewing notions:

• • Fabric scissors, paper scissors 
  • Rotary cutter with fresh blade
  • Rulers:  5.5"x5.5", 6"x24" and a large square ruler are recommended
  • Seam ripper
  • Straight pins, wonder/quilty clips
  • Favorite fabric marking pens/eraser
  • Stilleto
  • Highlighter or pencil to mark notes on the pattern
